Purpose
The Images entries allow a photo or graphic representation of the cemetery location to be displayed on the Location Summary screen and integrated mapping features, including on the website or kiosk deceased search.
The Images screen accepts a URL to either an internal network storage drive or to an external image file stored on the internet. (Your network security and firewall settings may not allow the display of images stored outside your network.)
Adding new Records
Navigate to the Location record and the Images screen, select New and enter field values.
Determining what Image Source to display on Location Summary and Mapping Screens
byondpro allows you to select either an image stored in the Location document library with the specific type Location Thumbnail or to use the primary URL stored in the Images list. This is controlled by an entry in the Custom Configuration list entitled UseLocationAssociatedImage.
