Group Locations Tab
Once all plots / locations are added they will display on the Group Location tab as shown below.
Once a group location is linked to a primary location, the sales status will update from Available for Sale to Per Primary on the individual location records. This will be visible from the Group Location tab of the primary record and from the individual location records.
The following fields will no longer be visible on the individual group location records:

Sales Status will display as Per Primary

Sale Date is shown on the primary record only

Holder of Right is shown on the primary record only
This information will only be visible on the primary location record.
