E-mail a Provider

 

The New E-mail button on the provider screen will allow you to send emails to the provider.

 

 

The To field on the e-mail will populate with the e-mail address on the company record.

 

If templates are in use, select the appropriate one from the Template field and the body of the e-mail will populate with the template and details provided from within the booking.
