Create a Sales OrderThe cemetery will usually require an order to be paid for before the order is placed with the supplier and work begins on the memorial.
This requires the creation of a Sales Order. For detailed instructions on the creation of Sales Orders, refer to the Creating a Sales Order section of the guide.
In summary, the cemetery will create a new sales order from the Sales tab of the memorial order's Sales & Booking entry.
A new item /s will be added to the sales order for the memorial service, then the family or funeral director will be invoiced.
After payment is made, the cemetery will receipt the transaction, and the memorial works can begin.
