CR Analysis Report
The CR Analysis Report tracks all cremations which have been recorded in byondpro against the final disposition of the cremated remains records, recorded through the use of tasks.
Cemeteries can use the CR Analysis Report to track the conversion rates, that is for every cremation which has occurred, how many have been memorialised in a grave, a memorial location, crypt or scattered on the cemetery grounds.
To search, choose the blue arrow in line with CR Analysis.
From the pop-up window which displays, enter the date you want the data from in the Date From field.
In our example, we will run the report from the start of the current financial year.
Press Print to PDF on the right-hand side of the page.
The report lists the months on the left side of the page and the tasks applicable to cremated remains management.
A summary of the total is listed below the monthly figures.
It will record the:

Number of cremated remains against each task
-
Percentage of cremated remains again each task
-
Percentage of the total deceased records cremated on site against each task
The Undecided category might be a focus of your cemetery, to contact families who have not yet decided what to do with the cremated remains.
Please note, in the case that cremated remains records are divided, the percentages may total over 100% as the percentages are calculated based on the cremation and the original cremated remains records in the system.
