Location Records	Location Code Change Tool will be released with V6.1	This enhancement will allow customers to edit the location code structure. For use on a single record or a range of locations. As an example, where an area code is COE for Church of England area, the location code change tool can be used to change the area code to CHE. Users will be able to make changes to segments that will be replicated to all locations selected and the associated hierarchy. That means where a change is made at an area level, all locations, positions, sub area(s) etc., will be amended. This tool can also be used to make changes to the location ‘type’ segment. This feature may assist with amending misallocations and also changes to the cemetery grounds, such as lawn grave to lawn grave with beam. Locations	Holder of Right Search	This new record search function focuses on the owner / holder of right of interment records. Users can search by location or by person names and are shown a list of the primary ROI holder from the location summary, and all references entered as Additional HOR records.
Funeral Homes	Transfers	This enhancement to the existing Transfers feature in byondpro removes the Transfer function from within the Funeral Arrangement and adds the ability to track multiple movements of the deceased. For example, first call collection and subsequent transfer from mortuary to funeral or family home for a viewing.
Funeral Homes	Mortuary Care	This enhancement to the existing mortuary care features in byondpro removes the function from within the Funeral Arrangement. The new Mortuary Care module includes detailed workflow and tracking to better manage the first receipt of the deceased, the refrigerator unit assigned, the body preparation requirements, personal care, and eventual release of the coffin.
Task Manager	Funeral Arrangements	Funeral Arrangements are being added to Task Manager transaction types, to support funeral homes in their management of end-to-end administrative and operational tasks relating to the funeral service.
Task Manager	General Jobs	Our upcoming release of Task Manager will include the ability to prepare Jobs and phases for non-booking operations. For example, daily machinery checks or month-end Finance processes.
byondcloud	Proxy Manager	The new Proxy Manager module in byondcloud is designed to support the distribution and management of vote allocations for the annual association meeting, by cemetery stakeholders. It includes tools to prepare address labels for owners, track the return of voting slips and provide detailed reports on proxy vote distribution. Proxy Manager recognises byondpro cemetery locations and owner / rights holder records. Version 1 available now.
byondcloud	Care Programs	Care Programs will help you organise annual and on-demand contracts with families of the deceased, for the ongoing care of their grave location, crypt, or family plot. Its flexible design lets you build programs of care products, like monument cleaning, lawn and garden maintenance, distribution of flowers or wreaths for special occasions. Payment can be provided by endowment (linked to Funds Manager), on account or linked direct to opuspay. Care Programs recognises byondpro cemetery locations and owner / rights holder records. Version 1 planned release December 2021.
