Cases Search
As with many records in byondpro, there are a few ways to locate the search screen of a Case record.

By clicking on the Cases tile from the home display,

By clicking on the arrow next to search on the toolbar and choosing Case.

By visiting the Recent list and choosing the Case header.
Alternatively, if the case you are searching for has been visited recently, you can click on the case to go directly into the case.
If looking for a particular case, use the fields to narrow the list of cases.
Press Find to complete the search.
Clear will reset the fields.
All the individual cases based on the search criteria entered will list below the search fields.
Before going into a case, note the information that can be seen on a case, just from the search screen.

Icon for the stage of the case

Case ID which serves as a hyperlink to the case

Created Date
-
Category
-
Description
-
Assigned To
-
Stage
-
Site
-
Incident Date & Time, if applicable
-
Raised By
To go into a case, click on the hyperlink for the code.
