byondpro Reports

byondpro is delivered with a range of standard forms, letters and reports that are prepared using Crystal Reports designer software.

The original report templates are stored on the applications server in directory:

...CRM\WWWRoot\CustomPages\Custom Reports

Customer specific variations can be prepared with identical criteria and file names and stored in directory:

...CRM\WWWRoot\CustomPages\Custom Reports_Site

This allows for wording changes on letters and forms, and the inclusion of customer logos, etc.

Print Screen Functions

Field	Description	Associated Business Process
Selection Criteria	various fields for data entry or pre-filled from the originating record
Print Quantity	numeric (defaults to 1)	Used in conjunction with Print to Printer function Sets number of copies to be printed
Email Address	text field	Used in conjunction with Email Report function Defaults to obvious recipient's email address in some circumstances, e.g. invoice = bill-to person/company booking confirmation = funeral company Can be over-written
Print to PDF (button)	generates print preview in PDF format	If screen opens from a process button, files a copy in the associated record's document library.
Export to Excel (button)	exports data to MS Excel format and opens in the application
Print to Printer (button)	selection list of network printers
Email Report (button)	generates email with generic cover text and report as PDF attachment	Uses Email Address entered
