Batch Tenure Status Change
Purpose
The Batch Tenure Status Change function allows staff to change the tenure status and expiry date for a series of cemetery locations in one action.
This feature is used in conjunction with processes to contact families regarding the expiry of limited tenure contracts for graves and cremation memorials. It can be used to arrange for the initial placement of tenure stickers on memorials that request families to contact the cemetery administration, right through to arranging the disestablishment of expired memorials.
Note: if Cremated Remains interments are still in place, the disestablishment process will not proceed from this feature. Staff should use the Batch CR Task functions.
The feature is stored under the MY CRM menu on the top navigation banner.
The screen is divided into 3 practical sections:

FIND to identify the cemetery locations to be actioned

RESULTS GRID lists the locations matching the search criteria and allows their inclusion in the record update function

LOCATION UPDATE allows the selection of tenure status and/or expiry date to be applied to every included record
