Batch Location Revaluation

Purpose
The Batch Location Revaluation function allows staff to change the unit cost for each of the Land Valuation and Capital Improvement cost fields stored against location records; processing a series of cemetery locations in one action.

The values entered are added to the existing field values, e.g.
Land Cost:  $ 250.00
Change:         25.00
Revised Cost: 275.00

To reduce the cost include a minus symbol, e.g.
Land Cost:  $ 250.00
Change:      - 25.00
Revised Cost: 225.00

In an integrated Sage 300 system, General Ledger journal entries are processed for the corresponding amounts. The GL accounts are identified by the link between Location Code -> ROI Item -> Category.

The feature is stored under the MY CRM menu on the top navigation banner.
