Audit Log Setup


Purpose
The audit logs create a record of field level changes within byondpro for any field that is entered in the audit log setup tables.
 
Audit (tracking) entries can be viewed under the Tracking menu of each record, e.g. Sales & Booking, Person, etc.
The audit (or tracking) entries record:
  • type of change
  • details (of system generated audit records)
  • user name
  • date of change
  • field name
  • old value (changed from)
  • new value (changed to)
     
    Use the Find feature to review fields that are actively tracked.
    Use the New feature to include fields for future tracking.

Closes the screen without saving changes

Switches to edit mode
