Assign Reference Number

The reference number is required for sales orders when the person is either the Bill-To applicant or the pre-need reference.

We recommend actioning this step during the booking process.

Should the record require a Reference, you can click the Assign Reference Number button on the right-hand side.

A pop-up will display as a warning, press OK.

The next available number in the system will be assigned.
