Area Record Tabs

 

On the area and sub-area record are different tabs which provide more information about the area or sub-area.

 

 

The Botanical Gardeners Register tab houses a list of garden plants available in that area or garden plants associated to specific locations or sub-areas in that area.

 

 

Notes / Documents

Tab

 

Notes and documents that are significant to that area record, can also be added to the area record.

 

 

 

 

 

The area record can have a list of maintenance works completed or in progress on the area.

 

 

 

Cases related to the area may be included on the Cases tab of the Area record.

 

 

A new case may be added by pressing the New button on the right-hand side of the page.

 

 

 

 Major changes to the Area record, such as a change in operational status, will be monitored in the Tracking tab of the Area record.
