Sale and Booking Status Change Rules
This describes changes to sales and booking status change as at April 2022.
Rule 1
If Complete the Sale & Booking when the exhumations check box = "Y"
Result
(tran_exhumations 'Y' || record.tran_exhumations = 'y') set loca_exhumedgrave on the OPLLocation = "Y".
The exhumed grave tickbox will be ticked in location summary screen.
Rule 2
The Transaction Service Date when selecting the Sales and booking Type:= "BurialBooking " or "CremationBooking
If complete the Sales and booking after correct process( type = Burial ,Cremation booking , sales order , and create the invoice and finally complete the S&B )
The system will update the Transaction Service Date to current date

2. Add New Sale + Create an invoice
3. Complete the Sales and booking

Person Disposition updated to : Buried
Display the Funeral Company name on the person summary
Interment record date: 2/16/2022

Rule 3
If complete the Sales and booking after correct process( type = Burial , Cremation booking , sales order , and crete the invoice and finally complete the S&B )

The system Update the S&B status open to complete

Update the Deceased person service date , disposition, funeral company name field , have Interment update the Interment date
Rule 4
From this rule 3 described the Exhumation and Interment status update scenarios on Person summary & Interment screens
the Person disposition field and Interment Status when complete burial booking.

Rule 5
Person and Location summary and tracing records of person and location modules when select S&B tran_type == "ROITransfer".
Result

Update the the Previous ROI Person in location and New ROI Person from the sales Transaction

Update the already exists in HOR status to "Previous" and new HOR person status to "current"

Update the tracking records
Rule 6
‘See also other HOR’ alert in the sales and booking transaction.
Result
System should view the ‘Other HOR’ tab the previous rights holder and the current rights holder will be displayed.
Rule 7
If location id is defined and if the S&B type = 'Burial'
Update the deceased record into location summary
Result

Create the new burial booking

Add New Sale + Create an invoice

Complete the Sales and booking
Interment record will be generated and displayed in both Location and Deceased interment tabs
Rule 8
verify the Create Burial Booking with checked Exhumations (Exhumation = Y)
Once the exhumation has taken place, change the status of the booking to completed.
Result

Should deceased/ interment record, the ‘Interment Status should display as “disestablished”.

The active tick box is unticked identifying this interment record is inactive

Person disposition = Exhumed and Interment Status = Disestablish
