The System will facilitate a check on the card expiry date and depending on the expiry date will generate and send a "Payment Method Renewal" Email. If the card is expired, then the system should send a mail to collect new payment method details stating the card has expired and that new card details need to be added or updated before the payment can be processed". If the card card is going to expire within next 2 months a "Payment Method Renewal Reminder Email" will be sent immediately. Reminder mail s will be sent 1 month prior and 1 week prior to the expiry date stating the expiry period. Reminder mail will be renamed with title "Reminder - Payment Method Renewal" with the same mail body.
