This integration between byondpro and PandaDoc is designed to pick up data from byondpro and share with document templates in PandaDoc.
This integration will give the end user the ability to open Pandadoc editing/template preparation screens, using the customer's end user licences.
It will give the end user the ability to select an existing template and pass data from the originating byondpro document.
It will give the users an overview screen, showing documents submitted into the workflow and their current status.
It will give (licenced) users the ability to click-through to the originating document within PandaDoc to manage/update/monitor the document's progression within that software, as required.
The resulting document will be:
distributed by PandaDoc to the end recipient, using PandaDoc's workflow capabilities where appropriate.
captured as a PDF and stored in the byondpro document library, when submitted to the PandaDoc workflow
captured as a PDF and stored in the byondpro document library, when the finalised (signed/executed) PandaDoc document is completed.
Within the byondpro database a data table will store the documents submitted via PandaDoc, including the following data:
- document (template) name
- date submitted
- document status
- byondpro Sales & Booking ID
- Authorising Person
- Company (funeral home/mason)
+ Pandadoc unique document identifier, and other technical fields required by the API/integration.
