Purpose of this enhancement is to allow customers to count the characters being committed to the memorial order. In addition to that, all the existing rules will be remained as it is.

Consultants need to be able to hide this field from the UI (using CRM screen configuration tools) if the customer does not want to use the related Inscription text field.
