Invoice - Commission Calculation Base Date

This enhancement will allow the customer to specify the point in the sales process by which the commission should be calculated.
Only the Invoice and Contract functions will be affected by this enhancement (exclude the credit note posting function).

Create Invoice

Button	-	1. In the invoice posting process, if: 1a. Detailed Commission Tracking = Y and Commission Calculation Base Date = Y, no need to emnter the commission entries. 1b.
