Change Authorising Person screen allow the user to add a Authorising Person to a Person. This functionality will allow the user to hide the Authorising Person from the Persons Record in Deceased Search Funtion.
Configurations need to be set up
Set up a new configuration to configure the character length required by the user.
Administration -> Cemetery System Setup -> Custom Configuration -> New
Name : HideAuthorisingPerson
Description: Enable tick box to hide/ show Authorising person in the Persons Record on the Deceased Search. A Checkbox will appear on the Change Authorising Person screen.
Values: N
Details: Y - Checkbox will appear to hide/ show Authorising person in the Persons Record on the Deceased Search
N - There will be no checkbox to hide/ show Authorising person in the Persons Record on the Deceased Search. Authorising person will not be shown on the deceased search
Use with caution: Check company policy on data protection before activating this functionality
Above functionality will take effect for following function. All other validation will remain the same.
