#1 -> Rule 1a: 1a. the user has to successfully save the "First Call" record with "Do You Need A Transfer" checkbox checked/selected.
Not quite right. The tab header will always exist, but it might show an empty list.
On save/create of First call record with "Do You Need A Transfer" checkbox checked -> user navigates only to the New Transfer screen.
#4 – Deceased ID. This will be the Person Reference number in keeping with current Funeral home / Sales & Booking logic and top content. [pers_ReferenceNumber]. If Person record not yet created, will be blank. This is normal S&B behaviour – we don’t want to introduce a new/different ID system.
#17 – Cancel. There is no need for a cancel button on a CRM list screen – please remove.
